At CoverMe, every order is prepared specifically for your selected phone model and design.

Returns
We currently do not offer returns on any products.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

* The product must be unused and in its original condition.
* The product must be returned with its original packaging.
* A shipping and handling fee of ₹199 will be applicable for all exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
